I don't know whether many of ya'll read self-help books. I tend to skirt right along the edge of them with books like The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama & Dr. Howard Cutler and Get It Done When You're Depressed by Julie A. Fast and John D. Preston. They tend more toward how-to books for your brain than the more popular self-help literature. ( Read more... )
